Game Changer Therapy Services brings ABA, occupational, speech and physical therapy together for children, teens and young adults across Bay City, Saginaw and Midland. Every plan is play-based, individualized and built by one coordinated team — so your child looks forward to the work that helps them grow.
Four therapies, plus a way to get here
Choose a therapy to learn how it works at Game Changer, who it helps, and how to get started. Many children benefit from more than one — and we coordinate them all. Transportation sits alongside them as a support service, because a plan your family cannot drive to is not really a plan.
Play-based applied behavior analysis for children with autism. Individualized programs blend natural-environment teaching with structured practice — in the clinic, at home and in the community — overseen by licensed BCBAs.

Support for sensory processing, fine-motor and daily-living skills, and feeding. We help kids handle the everyday tasks of childhood — dressing, handwriting, mealtimes and play — with more confidence and independence.

Help with talking, understanding and being understood — for toddlers through young adults. From first words and clearer speech to language, social communication and feeding-related needs.
Explore speech therapy
Help with movement, strength, balance and coordination — including early milestones like rolling, crawling and walking. We get kids moving so they can keep up with the people and places they love.

Support service
Not a therapy — the thing that makes therapy possible. Game Changer runs its own fleet of vehicles with 10 transportation drivers, offering pick-up and drop-off at all five clinics based on availability. Where availability is limited we can offer alternate start and end times, so the drive stops being the reason a child misses a session.
